01

Tours & Packages

6 questions travellers ask us most about tours and packages.

It depends on the package, and we always list the inclusions on each one before you book. As a rule our packages cover your flights, accommodation, airport transfers and the guided experiences named in the itinerary. Meals, optional excursions, travel insurance and personal spending are shown separately so you always know exactly what your price covers.

Yes. Every itinerary we publish can be reshaped around your dates, budget, group size and pace, and we build fully bespoke trips too. Tell us the trip in your head, whether it is a honeymoon, a family holiday or a milestone celebration, and we will design it and quote it for you.

For international packages we recommend booking six to eight weeks ahead, and earlier for peak seasons such as Christmas, Easter and the European summer. This gives us the best fares, the widest choice of hotels, and enough time to handle any visa requirements comfortably. That said, we are used to shorter timelines and will always do our best.

We do. Group departures, family holidays, church and school trips, and corporate incentive tours are a core part of what we handle, and group sizes often unlock better per person pricing. We manage the rooming, the transfers, the group visa where one applies, and a single point of contact for the whole party.

Most of our cultural and heritage tours are fully guided by vetted local partners, in English. For destinations where you would prefer to explore independently we can arrange a self guided package with everything pre-booked. We will tell you which applies before you commit.

Change and cancellation terms vary by package, because they follow the rules set by airlines, hotels and local operators. We set these out clearly at the time of booking and always look for the most flexible fare and rate options where they matter to you. If your plans shift, talk to us early and we will work through the options.

02

Visa Assistance

6 questions travellers ask us most about visa assistance.

We provide visa assistance rather than visa approval. We tell you exactly what each embassy or consulate requires, help you assemble and check your documents, prepare your application and supporting letters, and guide you through the appointment and biometrics. The decision always rests with the embassy, but proper preparation is where most applications are won or lost, and that is where we help most.

We regularly assist with Schengen (Europe), UK, USA, Canada, UAE (Dubai), China and most African destinations, along with the group visas used for trade fair travel to Guangzhou. If your destination is not on this list, ask us, we can advise on almost any route.

No honest travel agency can guarantee a visa, and we will never promise one. What we can do is give your application the strongest possible chance by making sure it is complete, accurate, well documented and submitted correctly. If an application is refused, we help you understand why and prepare a stronger reapplication.

Processing times are set by each embassy and can range from a few days to several weeks, and they lengthen in busy travel seasons. We share the current expected timeline for your destination when you enquire and build it into your travel plan so nothing is rushed.

Most embassies want to see a confirmed itinerary, flight reservations and hotel bookings as part of the application. Because we handle your flights, hotels and visa support together, we can prepare all of this as one coordinated package, which is far simpler than assembling it piece by piece.

A valid passport, passport photographs, proof of funds, proof of accommodation and travel, and often an invitation or supporting letter. Every destination differs, so we give you a personalised checklist for your specific application rather than a generic list.

Corporate Travel

7 questions travellers ask us most about corporate travel.

It means one accountable partner for every part of your organisation’s travel: flights, hotels, ground transport and visas, all booked to your travel policy, with clear reporting and round the clock support for your travellers. Instead of staff booking piecemeal and expensing later, you get control, visibility and savings across the whole programme.

Not at all. If your team travels regularly, even a handful of trips a month, a managed programme saves you money and time, and removes the admin burden from your staff. We tailor the level of service to the size of your organisation, from a light touch booking relationship to a fully managed programme.

Being part of the BCD Travel network gives your programme the reach, tools and negotiated fares of a global travel management company operating in more than 170 countries, delivered locally by our team in Accra. You get global data and duty of care capability with a relationship you can manage face to face.

Yes. We build your travel policy into the point of booking, so the right fares, cabins and suppliers are applied automatically and approvals stay simple. This keeps spend within policy without your managers chasing every request.

Clear spend reporting by route, traveller and cost centre, along with savings analysis and recommendations you can act on. Many finance teams tell us this visibility is the first time their travel spend has genuinely made sense.

A real person is on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for changes, disruptions and emergencies, in every time zone. We also know where your travellers are, so we can reach them quickly and rebook when a flight falls through, day or night.

Tell us a little about your organisation and travel needs through the corporate enquiry form or a quick call, and a corporate account manager will come back to you within one business day to design a programme and quote.

04

Flight & Ticketing

6 questions travellers ask us most about flight and ticketing.

Yes. As one of the top five IATA accredited travel managers in Ghana, we ticket across the OneWorld, SkyTeam and Star Alliance networks, which covers virtually every major airline, on both domestic and international routes. We find you the right route at the right fare rather than pushing a single carrier.

Because you get expertise and a person to call. We compare fares and routings across airlines, hold and manage complex or multi city itineraries, apply corporate or group rates you would not see online, and, most importantly, rebook you quickly when plans change or a flight is disrupted. A booking engine cannot do that at 11pm when you are stranded.

Your e-ticket is issued electronically and delivered to you as soon as your booking is confirmed and paid. You travel on the e-ticket and your passport, no paper ticket required.

Yes. We manage date changes, rerouting, cancellations and refunds on your behalf, following each airline’s fare rules. Where a fare allows flexibility we will tell you, and where a refund is due we process it and keep you updated until it lands.

We do, and this is where we add the most value. Multi stop business trips, connections across alliances and open jaw routings are handled by ticketing specialists who build them to work smoothly and cost less.

Call our team and we rebuild your journey. Our 24/7 traveller support means that wherever you are in the world, someone at Eurotour can rebook flights, arrange a hotel if you are stuck, and get you moving again.

05

Partnerships

6 questions travellers ask us most about partnerships.

Yes. We work with independent agents and smaller agencies as a trade partner, so you can offer your clients our flights, tour packages and ticketing while earning an agreed commission on each booking. You keep the client relationship; we provide the fares, inventory, IATA ticketing and fulfilment behind it.

We agree a commission structure with you at the start of the relationship, based on product type and volume. You book through a dedicated trade contact at Eurotour, we handle the ticketing and confirmations, and your commission is applied per booking and settled on agreed terms. Higher volumes unlock better rates.

We are always building our portfolio of trusted stays for both leisure travellers and corporate clients. If you operate a hotel, lodge or serviced apartments, we would like to talk about negotiated rates, allotments and featuring your property in our packages and corporate programmes. Contact our partnerships desk to start.

Yes. We work with destination management companies for guided tours, transfers, excursions and on the ground handling in the destinations we sell. If you are a DMC with strong local product and reliable service, send us your capabilities and rate sheets and we will explore working together.

Access to a top five IATA accredited travel manager in Ghana, the reach of the BCD Travel network across more than 170 countries, live fares through the Amadeus Online Suite, secure payment handling, and a professional team that protects your clients and your reputation. In short, the scale and systems of a large agency, with a partner who is easy to reach.

Write to us at sales@eurotourgh.com or call +233 30 223 9376 / 9377 and ask for the partnerships desk. Tell us who you are (hotel, DMC or agency) and what you are looking for, and we will set up an introductory conversation and the right agreement for your business.
