Eurotour Ghana Limited (“Eurotour”, “we”, “us”), a partner of BCD Travel, respects your privacy. - Travel details such as destinations, dates, number of travellers and preferences, so we can plan and book your trip.
- Identity and visa documents such as passport bio data pages, when you ask us to assist with a visa, permit or booking that requires them.
- Booking and payment information needed to confirm reservations with airlines, hotels and other suppliers.
- Website usage data collected through cookies and analytics tools (such as Google Analytics) about how visitors use our site.
How we use your information
- To respond to enquiries and prepare quotes, itineraries and proposals.

How long we keep it
We keep personal information only for as long as needed to provide our services and to meet legal and accounting requirements. Copies of passports and visa documents are deleted once they are no longer required for your application or booking.
